Hard Knox BBQ is all about our one-of-a-kind specialty rubs and premium meats, slow cooked and enhanced with pecan wood. We’re blowing smoke and kicking ash all day and night in order to bring you the freshest and most flavorful BBQ in The Ozarks. Our award-winning brisket, pork, ribs, and chicken are sliced and served with juices still dripping.
Competition meats
Sold in 1/4 lb increments, with options for combination dinners. Feeding the fam? Middleweight Combo, pictured above, feeds 3 - 4: choice of three meats and two sides.
Between two buns
Classic brisket, pulled pork, and combination sandwiches, all served with our Knox pickles ‘n onions. Combo deals available. Follow us on Facebook for pitmaster specials.
